    Professor Erin Greenwell

Erin Greenwell is a New York Filmmaker who received her BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and her MFA in Writing and Directing from the City College of New York. Her feature film “My Best Day” premiered at the Sundance 2012 Film Festival. Her work as a screenwriter, editor, and director, has been featured and received awards in festivals across the globe. Her work frequently focuses on underrepresented political and cultural events and her film “Big Dreams in Little Hope” was featured in Outfest festival ‘s “1 in 5 New Directors to Watch” Series. Her television editing experience includes Bio, TLC, Animal Planet and PBS. Erin is currently serving as editor on the documentary, “Hunting in Wartime”, featuring the stories of Tlingit Alaskans who served in the Vietnam War. Erin is excited to be teaching video production at Marymount College.
